- Deep cleanings: 15% off
- Clear Correct: Individual discount based on treatment time
- Teeth whitening: $50 off
- All other treatment needs: 15% off

Keep in mind that the annual plan fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable. The payments for treatment rendered, and the plan cannot be used with any other insurance or discounts. Discounts cannot be applied to treatment by a specialist or any other office. This membership is a discount, NOT a dental insurance policy.
- We require auto-renewal with debit/credit card to avoid the $50 re-enrollment fee.
- You can elect to make monthly payments over a year period, however, there is an additional $5/month payment (per patient) for processing.
- Sleep apnea treatment / mouthguard, implant placement, cosmetic and full-mouth cases are excluded from this program.
